Sydney believes that a well-designed compensation plan allows clients to make data-driven decisions and retain top employees. Before joining Compensation Works, Sydney worked in organizations large and small with industry experience in healthcare, finance, and non-profit. Sydney brings her collaborative attitude and attention to detail to every project. Sydney holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. She lives in Houston, Texas, and spends time volunteering with a local youth program.
