With a background in both consulting and corporate roles, Carole has developed and contributed her expertise across a wide variety of industries. Carole is a collaborative team player who always keeps client needs top of mind, performing tool development, analysis, and implementation on diverse projects.
Carole is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork and holds a B.A. from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She resides in North Carolina.
