Aimee has over 25 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles with an emphasis in total rewards, HR operations, mergers, payroll, acquisitions and divestitures, employee relations, policies and compliance, and change management. Aimee is very experienced with compensation practices, analysis and management, benefits design, and developing sales incentive plans, broad-based short-term incentive programs, and phantom stock programs. Prior to joining Compensation Works in 2016, Aimee led Moss Adams’ implementation of their first HRIS, led the global HR Operations function at Russell Investments for six years, and was the head of HR for Russell/Mellon Analytical Services, where she established and led the global HR function for eight years. Aimee’s has performed HR consulting for ten years for many clients in various industries and loves providing data-driven solutions.
